Landing at Auckland Airport
The eSIM is already sitting on your phone when you reach Auckland Airport. You installed it over Wi-Fi at home, by scanning the QR code from your order. Data roaming for that line stays off until your own finger moves the switch. Open the eSIM settings and find the line listed there by its own name.
