Who sells

The seller is JET SHARING MOBILITY LLC, a company registered in the United States, trading as eSIM energy.

On your bank statement this purchase appears as “JET SHARING”, not as eSIM Rules. That is the seller's registered payment name — if you do not recognise the line, it is this order.

What you buy

A data-only eSIM profile for a specific country, supplied through Airalo. It carries no phone number and cannot receive calls or SMS. The plan starts counting at first connection in the destination country, not at purchase.

Delivery

The profile is issued automatically after payment and sent to the email you give at checkout, usually within a minute. It is also available on your order page. If neither arrives within an hour, write to us — the payment is recorded on our side and the profile can be reissued.

Refunds

Full refund within 30 days if the profile has not been installed on a device. Once installed, the profile cannot be recalled or resold, so it cannot be refunded — that is a property of the product, not a policy choice.

If the profile fails to work through no fault of your device, we refund it whether or not it was installed. Tell us what the phone showed.

What we do not promise

Network coverage belongs to the local operator, not to us. Country rules — device registration, VoIP restrictions, line limits — are set by regulators and can change without notice. We publish what we could verify and the date we verified it; that is a statement about our sources, not a guarantee about your trip.

Every regulatory figure on this site carries the date we checked it. Verify with the regulator before you travel.
